Project of Ethical Leadership Training Center

The Democratic Republic of Congo has faced a leadership crisis for many years, and the solution lies in educating strong and wise servant leaders to respond to this crisis. Therefore, we aim to create a leadership center rooted in our sole purpose of love and integrity. Our goal is to educate more servant leaders who will apply these principles in Congo, promoting the common good and the betterment of the people.

The Leadership Center has two immediate goals. First, to educate a new generation of leaders with integrity and then help them develop and integrate the four types of intelligence or capacities. The first is mental intelligence, which involves the vision of a better future. The second is physical intelligence, which entails discipline, orderliness, and motivation. The third is emotional intelligence, which covers self-control, passion, compassion, collaboration, and interdependency. Finally, spiritual intelligence focuses on conscience, integrity, love, altruism, honesty, generosity, and hospitality. .
